Leopoldo Karlo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Kochanowski in the 6th minute of play. When Arkadiusz Lisewski came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Gdynia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arkadiusz Lisewski couldn't finish the play. Leopoldo Karlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Kochanowski in the 13th minute of the match. Gdynia FC's Wladyslaw Nocny proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Gdynia FC from getting a goal against them. Damyan Sretenov in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After a rather tough play, Gdynia FC's Borys Juzda got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damyan Sretenov made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Gdynia FC got a freekick which was hit by Borys Juzda. In the 57thth minute of the game Borys Kochanowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BP Grochów's Leopoldo Karlo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wladyslaw Nocny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Burowski in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Lisewski in the 59th minute of play forced BP Grochów's goalkeeper Leopoldo Karlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leszek Zukowski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of BP Grochów:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gdynia FC:s goal. After some careless play in the BP Grochów defense, Arkadiusz Lisewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leopoldo Karlo. The BP Grochów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leopoldo Karlo should have stopped the shot. Cyryl Grunwalski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Leopoldo Karlo made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Borys Kochanowski could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Leopoldo Karlo however easily saved by the left post. Leopoldo Karlo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Borys Kochanowski in the 88th minute. Tomasz Kosel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Wladyslaw Nocny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Karlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Lisewski in the 98th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gdynia FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
