Kozie Wolki's Hugon Cisek got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugon Cisek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Witalis Zakrzewski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Sadlowski in the 14th minute of play forced Kozie Wolki's goalkeeper Tobiasz Kloczko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Kozie Wolki's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Sadlowski came free, but Tobiasz Kloczko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marcin Petka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juliusz Glaza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witalis Zakrzewski having to interfere. Tarków's Witalis Zakrzewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Tarków from getting a goal against them. If Hugon Cisek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tarków's Slawomir Bronkala got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Tarków:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kozie Wolki:s goal. If Rafal Sadlowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When Slawomir Bronkala fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tarków's protests and gave Slawomir Bronkala a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kozie Wolki booed when Tarków was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slawomir Bronkala didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Kozie Wolki defense, Marcin Petka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tobiasz Kloczko. The Kozie Wolki fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobiasz Kloczko should have stopped the shot. If Hugon Cisek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 minutes, Waclaw Hetman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarków and the Kozie Wolki players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Waclaw Hetman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute Hugon Cisek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witalis Zakrzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Juliusz Glaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kozie Wolki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juliusz Glaza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugon Cisek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witalis Zakrzewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The Tarków supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tarków would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
