The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wit Falkowski charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. FcWypad's Marian Osielski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wit Falkowski in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Barnaba Kaszubowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Barnaba Kaszubowski fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FcWypad's protests and gave Barnaba Kaszubowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute of the match Cleto Feo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marian Osielski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Stefan Knopek lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 19 played minutes ATML Wechterki got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Knopek. 22 minutes into the match, FcWypad's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Gasteiz came free, but Marian Osielski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksander Lamczyk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Napoleon Juszkowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. Wit Falkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Wit Falkowski hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute Ciro Gasteiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Osielski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Osielski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Gasteiz's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wit Falkowski to make the kick off. The attack was good, but when Ludomil Frodyma in the 62nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A collision led to ATML Wechterki getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Wit Falkowski hit a great ball. After 76 minutes of play, ATML Wechterki's Ciro Gasteiz made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marian Osielski was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 80 minutes, Damazy Porajewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ATML Wechterki and the FcWypad players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FcWypad booed when ATML Wechterki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damazy Porajewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd match minute, ATML Wechterki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damazy Porajewski to maneuver through the defense.
