LSS Ptaszkowo's Aleksander Wachna got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. LSS Ptaszkowo's Wladyslaw Giertych proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save LSS Ptaszkowo from getting a goal against them. After 48 minutes, Waldemar Franzik made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. LSS Ptaszkowo's Wladyslaw Giertych tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

After a rather tough play, LSS Ptaszkowo's Zula Trochowski got a free kick in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Aleksander Wachna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iwan Ryback. Aleksander Wachna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Zula Trochowski sped through Zagłębie Sosnowiec's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iwan Ryback. Iwan Ryback made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Wachna in the 70th minute of play. After some careless play in the Zagłębie Sosnowiec defense, Zula Trochowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwan Ryback. The Zagłębie Sosnowiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwan Ryback should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aleksander Wachna in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwan Ryback prevented the ball from getting in the gole. LSS Ptaszkowo's Wladyslaw Giertych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Franzik in the 81st minute of play. In the 89th minute, Aleksander Wachna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zula Trochowski got free with Iwan Ryback in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute Aleksander Wachna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Ryback saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Andrzej Bilicki fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zagłębie Sosnowiec's protests and gave Andrzej Bilicki a yellow card for diving instead. Zula Trochowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iwan Ryback read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. LSS Ptaszkowo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
