But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Izydor Gizynski couldn't finish the play. Norbert Indyk hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Wincenty Gollob got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Norbert Indyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. OVB Ostrów Wielkopolski's Karol Gomolka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincenty Gollob in the 31st minute of play. Karol Gomolka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincenty Gollob in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Indyk in the 40th minute of play forced OVB Ostrów Wielkopolski's goalkeeper Karol Gomolka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Suradówek's goalkeeper Nikolas Thamnidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Izydor Gizynski. 48 minutes into the game, OVB Ostrów Wielkopolski's Izydor Gizynski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nikolas Thamnidis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norbert Indyk to make the kick off. Wincenty Gollob scored 1-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karol Gomolka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nikolas Thamnidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izydor Gizynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zenon Majtyka charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zenon Majtyka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th match minute, OVB Ostrów Wielkopolski was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenon Majtyka to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Suradówek's Karol Gomolka threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Norbert Indyk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gwidon Trela during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gwidon Trela was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 83 played minutes OVB Ostrów Wielkopolski got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Trela. During the 85th minute of the match Zenon Majtyka completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zenon Majtyka a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 85th minute, Zenon Majtyka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Izydor Gizynski fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OVB Ostrów Wielkopolski's protests and gave Izydor Gizynski a yellow card for diving instead. Izydor Gizynski kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Dawid Sakowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wincenty Gollob blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karol Gomolka having to make a save. Suradówek were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
