Zbyszko Panasewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Kryspin Barowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Wolicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Kryspin Barowicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfred Wolicki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franciszek Kochniarczyk was the one to do the kick off. Alfred Wolicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Barowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Kacper Rosiewicz's late challenge caught a Rma Zabrze's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kacper Rosiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Chojnik got a freekick which was hit by Kacper Rosiewicz. After a rather tough play, Chojnik's Zygmunt Majdoch got a free kick in the 76th minute. Tymoteusz Dziurowicz, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Rma Zabrze booed when Chojnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofil Wlodyga didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Kryspin Barowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Aleksander Rakiewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfred Wolicki was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. When the match was over Chojnik could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rma Zabrze throughout the match.
