After 7 played minutes Witgiry got a freekick which was hit by Cyryl Tyski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Kiszkiel in the 12th minute of play forced Witgiry's goalkeeper Wincent Andrysiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barnaba Poreda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Andrysiak having to interfere. After some careless play in the kks Koło Bytom defense, Mateusz Filipkowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bartosz Sniegowski. The kks Koło Bytom fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartosz Sniegowski should have stopped the shot. Wasyl Winograd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Bartosz Sniegowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wasyl Winograd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tytus Kiszkiel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wincent Andrysiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Wasyl Winograd rounded kks Koło Bytom's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Witgiry's Wincent Andrysiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tytus Kiszkiel in the 34th minute of play. Tytus Kiszkiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cyryl Tyski was shown his second yellow card after 36 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Witgiry getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Cyryl Tyski hit a great ball. Wincent Andrysiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tytus Kiszkiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wincent Andrysiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnaba Poreda in the 44th minute of the match. Mateusz Filipkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartosz Sniegowski having to interfere. When Dobromir Waselewicz came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Witgiry fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dobromir Waselewicz couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateusz Filipkowski to make the kick off. Witgiry's Mateusz Filipkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Ignacy Perkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Witgiry:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of kks Koło Bytom:s goal. The goalkeeper, Wincent Andrysiak, was totally fooled by kks Koło Bytom's Ksawery Murdza, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barnaba Poreda in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wincent Andrysiak saved Witgiry from getting behind. Barnaba Poreda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Andrysiak having to interfere. Wincent Andrysiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnaba Poreda, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Mateusz Filipkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Witgiry's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateusz Filipkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tytus Kiszkiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute, Mateusz Filipkowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Witgiry fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. kks Koło Bytom's Bartosz Sniegowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Filipkowski in the 96th minute of play. kks Koło Bytom's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
