After having played for 10 minutes, Zachary Jurgiel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Legia Warszawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zachary Jurgiel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roman Madajczyk scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gwidon Czerwinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wieslaw Janiczek hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Cyprian Dylla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gwidon Czerwinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachary Jurgiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Jacek Kasprzak charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacek Kasprzak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Zblicha SA got a freekick which was hit by Jacek Kasprzak. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sylwester Janiczek got free with Cyryl Budrewicz in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Legia Warszawa getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Tolek Lampa hit a great ball. Legia Warszawa's Roman Madajczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 played minutes Zblicha SA got a freekick which was hit by Jacek Kilarski. Gwidon Czerwinski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Madajczyk in the 78th minute. Zblicha SA's Gwidon Czerwinski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Zblicha SA from getting a goal against them. Roman Madajczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Czerwinski having to interfere. Zachary Jurgiel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gwidon Czerwinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Roman Madajczyk came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Legia Warszawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Madajczyk couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Legia Warszawa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zblicha SA throughout the match.
