With a little luck, Wąs-Pierogi Basi i Kasi's Korneliusz Nieuzyla got control of the ball when Wojciech Mierzwa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, GKS Katowice's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Barciniak came free, but Witalis Furtok reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wąs-Pierogi Basi i Kasi's goalkeeper Korneliusz Nieuzyla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over GKS Katowice could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Wąs-Pierogi Basi i Kasi throughout the match.
