In the 7thth minute of the game Artur Klimkiewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Otyk's Rafal Gaszynski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kacper Czeszyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dawid Barycz having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Ludomir Zachemski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Otyk booed when Jaczków SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludomir Zachemski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dawid Barycz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kacper Czeszyk's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Kacper Czeszyk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dawid Barycz. Jaczków SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kacper Czeszyk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Dawid Barycz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Bartocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Otyk's Rafal Gaszynski got control of the ball when Julian Gierasik tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Julian Gierasik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th match minute, Jaczków SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Luty to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the game, one of Jaczków SSA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Otyk a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leon Cwenar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Jaczków SSA's Dawid Barycz. 0-2.

After 65 played minutes Jaczków SSA got a freekick which was hit by Ludomir Zachemski. 66 minutes into the match, Kacper Czeszyk notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Jaczków SSA's Dawid Barycz. Dawid Barycz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Kacper Czeszyk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Otyk's supporters rose to their feet, but Kacper Czeszyk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dawid Barycz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kacper Czeszyk couldn't finish the play. Dawid Barycz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Bartocha in the 90th minute of play. After 94 minutes of play, Otyk's Kacper Czeszyk made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dawid Barycz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 99 minutes of play Otyk's Leon Cwenar was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Otyk's Leon Cwenar got a free kick in the 100th minute. 102 minutes into the match, Otyk's goal looked a bit too open when Witomir Raszek came free, but Rafal Gaszynski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
