FC bodzo:s Robert Walczyk showed great skill when he stopped Szymon Dziura:s penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Rzechów SSA's zone, Olaf Tarasek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sylwester Okropny came out of the goal and Olaf Tarasek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustaw Gierlach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Robert Walczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Witomir Jurgiel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC bodzo's Robert Walczyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Aureliusz Cieliczka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Witomir Jurgiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tomasz Bronicki fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC bodzo's protests and gave Tomasz Bronicki a yellow card for diving instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Sylwester Okropny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Purzycki, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute.
