The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tolek Prusek got free with Radomir Gajewski in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC THC's Radomir Gajewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Lato in the 9th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC THC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! 18 minutes into the game, FC THC's Edgar Mietus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leon Ciborek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Mateusz Domaradzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Ciborek having to interfere. Leon Ciborek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Mietus in the 27th minute of play. After some careless play in the Go Vegan defense, Edgar Mietus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leon Ciborek. The Go Vegan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Ciborek should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, FC THC's Radomir Gajewski got control of the ball when Tolek Prusek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mateusz Domaradzki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Leon Ciborek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Ciborek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Mietus in the 36th minute of play. Zbyszko Sienkowski hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 43 minutes, Mateusz Domaradzki made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Go Vegan's Leon Ciborek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

In the 52nd minute, Stanislaw Tarasek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, FC THC's Edgar Mietus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leon Ciborek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Lato in the 67th minute of play forced FC THC's goalkeeper Radomir Gajewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Go Vegan's Boguslaw Wojtkiewicz tried to score from far away in the 69th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Edgar Mietus's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leon Ciborek firmly grabbed it by the left post. 76 minutes into the game, FC THC's Edgar Mietus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leon Ciborek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Tolek Prusek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Gajewski having to interfere. FC THC's Zbigniew Fudalej managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jakub Zdanowicz in the 85 minute of the game. Edgar Mietuss short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Leon Ciborek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
