Hieronim Fudalej fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krzysztof Jerzyk having to interfere. FC Bayern Mysłowice's Cezary Falk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Kosakowski in the 13th minute of play. Lukasz Pleban struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Cezary Falk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pogon Szczecin. Hieronim Jekot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Cezary Falk made a huge save. Pogon Szczecin's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
