After 18 played minutes Piasezna got a freekick which was hit by Robert Zawacki. MKS ODRA WODZISŁAW's Kryspin Poremba got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes in the game, Marek Domeracki fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Herbert Jajecznica having to interfere. The long shot by Iwan Debkowski in the 23rd minute really tested Herbert Jajecznica's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 26 played minutes Piasezna got a freekick which was hit by Edward Podolski. If Marek Domeracki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MKS ODRA WODZISŁAW's Tadeusz Harendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Grabski in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomasz Grabski in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeusz Harendarski saved MKS ODRA WODZISŁAW from getting behind. After having played for 37 minutes, Andrzej Chludzinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piasezna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrzej Chludzinski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomasz Grabski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Tadeusz Harendarski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Remigiusz Scislowicz fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MKS ODRA WODZISŁAW's protests and gave Remigiusz Scislowicz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to MKS ODRA WODZISŁAW getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Remigiusz Scislowicz hit a great ball. Stanislaw Czerner's late challenge caught a MKS ODRA WODZISŁAW's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stanislaw Czerner helped the player get up and apologised. Stanislaw Czerner hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Andrzej Chludzinskis short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Tadeusz Harendarski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 60 minutes into the game, Kryspin Poremba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Herbert Jajecznica was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 65th minute, Tomasz Grabski made a precise shot to the right of Tadeusz Harendarski. MKS ODRA WODZISŁAW's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Robert Zawacki charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robert Zawacki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 played minutes Piasezna got a freekick which was hit by Robert Zawacki. 75 minutes into the match, Marek Domeracki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herbert Jajecznica. Piasezna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marek Domeracki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Tomasz Grabski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Piasezna's Andrzej Chludzinski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeusz Harendarski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. MKS ODRA WODZISŁAW's Tadeusz Harendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Grabski in the 96th minute of play. Tomasz Grabski struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Tadeusz Harendarski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piasezna. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MKS ODRA WODZISŁAW fans cheered their team off the field, for while Piasezna had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
