Fryderyk Dzerwucki kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in KS Pogórze Dolne's zone, Lech Pietrowiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marian Sala came out of the goal and Lech Pietrowiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marian Sala made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Lech Pietrowiak sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute, Fryderyk Rosiewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, KS Pogórze Dolne's Marian Sala got control of the ball when Lech Pietrowiak tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 23 minutes into the game, when Tobiasz Michnik put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in KS Pogórze Dolne fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! Bogdan Sienkiewicz scored 1-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marian Sala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute of the match Tyrania got a corner. KS Pogórze Dolne's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bogdan Sienkiewicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Slawomir Gizynski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KS Pogórze Dolne's Marian Sala did a great save. Ryszard Koczara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lech Pietrowiak scored 2-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marian Sala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute of the match Gilbert Jaszynski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marian Sala showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Pogórze Dolne's goalkeeper Marian Sala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. KS Pogórze Dolne's Ryszard Koczara got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48thth minute of the game Fryderyk Rosiewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Pogórze Dolne's Marian Sala was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fryderyk Rosiewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Fryderyk Rosiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 minutes, Zbyszek Derlanga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Pogórze Dolne and the Tyrania players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th minute Fryderyk Rosiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Sala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fryderyk Rosiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marian Sala. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fryderyk Rosiewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. 3-0 became the score in the 61st minute when Fryderyk Rosiewicz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Marian Sala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lech Pietrowiak's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Zenon Kapelski charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zenon Kapelski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Feliks Galagan's late challenge caught a KS Pogórze Dolne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliks Galagan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tyrania's Feliks Galagan got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Tyrania walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
