To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Treppa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Ludzia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jakub Duszenski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jakub Duszenski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Treppa having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Tymoteusz Misiorowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zielonken's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tymoteusz Misiorowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Piersno's goalkeeper Zbyszko Golec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zbyszek Marajda. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Olaf Ludzia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piersno's supporters rose to their feet, but Olaf Ludzia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Treppa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Piersno were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tymoteusz Misiorowski made a kick off. Tymoteusz Misiorowski struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Zbyszko Golec didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zielonken. Emil Treppa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Duszenski, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Jakub Duszenski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Emil Treppa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbyszko Golec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszek Marajda in the 72nd minute of the match. After 78 minutes of play, Zielonken's Tymoteusz Misiorowski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zbyszko Golec was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olaf Ludzia might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Treppa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olaf Ludzia ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Antoni Maziarz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piersno's supporters rose to their feet, but Antoni Maziarz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Treppa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tymoteusz Misiorowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite being the better team, Piersno failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
