Spectators: 7096 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Themistoklis Nikolaidis started the match with the kick off. Themistoklis Nikolaidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Ruszkowski having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Manchester Utd.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Themistoklis Nikolaidis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 20th minute Themistoklis Nikolaidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Ruszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugeniusz Ruszkowski was a little too slow when Themistoklis Nikolaidis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. After having played for 28 minutes, Aureliusz Rutecki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester Utd.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliusz Rutecki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Themistoklis Nikolaidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Eugeniusz Ruszkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Mikolaj Kilar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester Utd.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rayo Nets Zaw the free kick. In the 35th minute, Mikolaj Kilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester Utd.'s zone, Themistoklis Nikolaidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugeniusz Ruszkowski came out of the goal and Themistoklis Nikolaidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Themistoklis Nikolaidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Eugeniusz Ruszkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kala Repa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugeniusz Ruszkowski having to make a save.

Eugeniusz Ruszkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themistoklis Nikolaidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Themistoklis Nikolaidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Ruszkowski having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavio Polido in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugeniusz Ruszkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th match minute, Manchester Utd. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olaf Ciupierdo to maneuver through the defense. Themistoklis Nikolaidis struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Eugeniusz Ruszkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rayo Nets Zaw. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Olaf Ciupierdo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester Utd.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Olaf Ciupierdo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartosz Cupial breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bartosz Cupial showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliusz Rutecki in the 66th minute of the match. Themistoklis Nikolaidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Flavio Polido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rayo Nets Zaw's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Polido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugeniusz Ruszkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Themistoklis Nikolaidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Ruszkowski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Manchester Utd.'s Aureliusz Rutecki got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for Rayo Nets Zaw. Flavio Polido stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eugeniusz Ruszkowski. 2-0. After 88 minutes of play, Rayo Nets Zaw's Themistoklis Nikolaidis made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugeniusz Ruszkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Flavio Polido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rayo Nets Zaw walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
