Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The GZC Bydgoszcz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 11 minutes, Konstanty Bronicki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GZC Bydgoszcz and the Messken players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arkadiusz Kilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiktor Mazierski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Messken's Rafal Brudnicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcin Pisarcik in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Messken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Rywin to maneuver through the defense. GZC Bydgoszcz's Wit Komornicki has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 29th minute. But to his dismay, Olaf Domarecki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofil Pyrzyce in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafal Brudnicki saved Messken from getting behind. Arkadiusz Kilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiktor Mazierski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 played minutes Messken got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Mazierski. 69 minutes into the match, Messken's goalkeeper Rafal Brudnicki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wit Komornicki. Mikolaj Babicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Stefan Rywin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Messken fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. In the 83rd minute, Milosz Czeszejko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Konrad Podwojski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. GZC Bydgoszcz played a much better game than Messken and deserved their victory. The Messken players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
