Alfred Wojtowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfred Wojtowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teofil Pyrzyce was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. GZC Bydgoszcz's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Rafal Zukowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teofil Pyrzyce showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. Konrad Podwojskis short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Rafal Zukowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Dobruchna SSA's zone, Konrad Podwojski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafal Zukowski came out of the goal and Konrad Podwojski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 27 played minutes Dobruchna SSA got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Smuskiewicz. After a defensive mix-up in Dobruchna SSA's zone, Teofil Pyrzyce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafal Zukowski came out of the goal and Teofil Pyrzyce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcin Pisarcik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Rafal Zukowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Wit Komornicki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th play minute Konrad Podwojski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rafal Zukowski. 3-0. In the 45th minute Konrad Podwojski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafal Zukowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedykt Bondel struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Rafal Zukowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GZC Bydgoszcz.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcin Pisarcik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. GZC Bydgoszcz's Marcin Pisarcik got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Olaf Domarecki came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the GZC Bydgoszcz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olaf Domarecki couldn't finish the play. In the 67thth minute of the game Wit Komornicki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dobruchna SSA's Rafal Zukowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olaf Domarecki's late challenge caught a Dobruchna SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olaf Domarecki helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, GZC Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olaf Domarecki to maneuver through the defense. Olgierd Lato missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 70 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Arkadiusz Kilar right hand side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafal Zukowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Konstanty Bronicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Rafal Zukowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aleksander Grucza scored 3-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arkadiusz Kilar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. GZC Bydgoszcz's Zbyszko Prokowski was substituted for Marcin Pisarcik. Gwidon Nienajadlo kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. GZC Bydgoszcz's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
