Spectators: 7298 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Klement Zalipski got the match started through his kick off. Edgar Cichowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Ziemba having to interfere. In the 4th match minute, Pogoń Medaliki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Nocny to maneuver through the defense. Kazimierz Fronczak struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Waldemar Ziemba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Domaszewnica. The supporters of Domaszewnica booed when Pogoń Medaliki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Nocny didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wasyl Betonowy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateusz Wojtkiewicz having to interfere. Mateusz Wojtkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Zalipski in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Domaszewnica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krzysztof Maziarz to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Kazimierz Fronczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Ziemba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Wasyl Betonowy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pogoń Medaliki's supporters rose to their feet, but Wasyl Betonowy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateusz Wojtkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klement Zalipski in the 29th minute of play forced Domaszewnica's goalkeeper Mateusz Wojtkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klement Zalipski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Klement Zalipski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Domaszewnica getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Krzysztof Maziarz hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kazimierz Fronczak to make the kick off. Mateusz Wojtkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klement Zalipski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute Klement Zalipski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateusz Wojtkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateusz Wojtkiewicz came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Pogoń Medaliki's Klement Zalipski. But to his dismay, Klement Zalipski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pogoń Medaliki's Waldemar Ziemba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Cichowski in the 59th minute of play. Mateusz Wojtkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Zalipski in the 61st minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Edgar Cichowski notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Pogoń Medaliki's Waldemar Ziemba. Waldemar Ziemba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wasyl Betonowy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Domaszewnica got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Maziarz. Edgar Cichowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kazimierz Fronczak in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldemar Ziemba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pogoń Medaliki's Wasyl Betonowy got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wasyl Betonowy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateusz Wojtkiewicz having to interfere. The Pogoń Medaliki supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pogoń Medaliki would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
