Spectators: 6687 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Konrad Dziedziak started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Warta Śrem's zone, Witomir Odachowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wladyslaw Bronder came out of the goal and Witomir Odachowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute, Juliusz Cuber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Korneliusz Szarmach came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Warta Śrem's Konrad Dziedziak. But to his dismay, Konrad Dziedziak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juliusz Cuber in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Korneliusz Szarmach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th match minute, Warta Śrem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Cuber to maneuver through the defense. Korneliusz Szarmach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliusz Cuber in the 28th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Juliusz Cuber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warta Śrem's supporters rose to their feet, but Juliusz Cuber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Korneliusz Szarmach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Juliusz Cuber sped through Rosoggen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Korneliusz Szarmach. Konrad Dziedziak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Korneliusz Szarmach having to make a save. The supporters of Warta Śrem booed when Rosoggen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacek Gaszynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Juliusz Cuber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Warta Śrem were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacek Gaszynski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rosoggen's Korneliusz Szarmach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Dziedziak in the 54th minute of play. If Juliusz Cuber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Warta Śrem's Juliusz Cuber in 65 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Korneliusz Szarmach guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The supporters of Warta Śrem booed when Rosoggen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witomir Odachowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Konrad Dziedziak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Rosoggen's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Dziedziak came free, but Korneliusz Szarmach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juliusz Cuber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Korneliusz Szarmach made a huge save. Juliusz Cuber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korneliusz Szarmach having to interfere. Korneliusz Szarmach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Dziedziak in the 81st minute of the match. Korneliusz Szarmach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Konrad Dziedziak's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Korneliusz Szarmach successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Konrad Dziedziak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Juliusz Cuber came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Warta Śrem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juliusz Cuber couldn't finish the play. Warta Śrem played a much better game than Rosoggen and deserved their victory. The Rosoggen players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
