In the 9th minute of the match Zbigniew Czeszejko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florian Lewkowicz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fryderyk Hodas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Morakówko SA booed when Unia SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliusz Kempka didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Juliusz Kempka fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Dominik Kaczor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliusz Kempka, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Florian Lewkowicz came out of the goal and Fryderyk Hodas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fryderyk Hodas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Florian Lewkowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Florian Lewkowicz managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Morakówko SA's Zbyszek Wawrukiewicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 35 minutes into the match, Morakówko SA's goal looked a bit too open when Witomir Madej came free, but Dominik Kaczor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Juliusz Kempka made a precise shot to the right of Dominik Kaczor. Morakówko SA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After the first half Unia SA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, Morakówko SA's Dominik Kaczor got control of the ball when Juliusz Kempka tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 58 minutes, Wieslaw Domaracki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Morakówko SA and the Unia SA players grew even worse after the yellow card.
