The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ziemowit Tarasek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Siwy in the 8th minute of play. When Daniel Pachucki, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 10 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ziemowit Tarasek was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Konrad Siwy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edward Dobrowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leszek Jarmulowicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, POLSKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Rykaczewski to maneuver through the defense. POLSKA's Leszek Jarmulowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Dobrowski in the 20th minute of play. Ziemowit Tarasek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Siwy, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Konrad Siwy scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ziemowit Tarasek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Konrad Siwy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ziemowit Tarasek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Pachucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Konrad Siwy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ziemowit Tarasek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 49th minute, Konrad Siwy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Pachucki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Konrad Siwy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziemowit Tarasek having to interfere. Leszek Jarmulowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Dobrowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Konrad Siwy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Wlodzimierz Snaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konrad Siwy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ziemowit Tarasek made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Konrad Siwy sent off a good shot on target. 73 minutes into the match, POLSKA's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Dobrowski came free, but Leszek Jarmulowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leszek Jarmulowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Zakrzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pachucki in the 84th minute of play forced Kujawskie Orliki's goalkeeper Ziemowit Tarasek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leszek Jarmulowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Dobrowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ziemowit Tarasek made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Konrad Siwy sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded POLSKA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kujawskie Orliki.
