Spectators: 7290 (Terracing: 5470, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pankracy Bielejewski started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Tanek Iwanowski put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kajetan Cetnar. In the 15th match minute, Legia Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wawrzyniec Ewertowski to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Pankracy Bielejewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kajetan Cetnar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 28 minutes into the game, Zachary Domala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legia Warszawa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karłowice Blues the free kick. After 29 played minutes Legia Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Domala. Karłowice Blues's Mieszko Rode played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Zworski in the 31st minute of play. Ludomil Pusiak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute Igor Zworski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Rode saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Karłowice Blues were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Zworski made a kick off. Tanek Iwanowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Legia Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Pankracy Bielejewski came free, but Kajetan Cetnar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mieszko Rode didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Zworski went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Tanek Iwanowski struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Kajetan Cetnar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karłowice Blues. If Igor Zworski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pankracy Bielejewski in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kajetan Cetnar saved Legia Warszawa from getting behind. After some careless play in the Karłowice Blues defense, Ludomil Pusiak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mieszko Rode. The Karłowice Blues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mieszko Rode should have stopped the shot. Ludomil Pusiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Karłowice Blues booed when Legia Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Ewertowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tanek Iwanowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Kajetan Cetnar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
