With his leg Lech Bubczyk managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Gostynin's Kajetan Ziombkowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lech Bubczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Soroka in the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 53rd minute Gostynin were awarded a corner. Konstanty Andrysiak went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 81st minute, Kajetan Ziombkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lech Bubczyk was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Lech Bubczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kajetan Ziombkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lech Bubczyk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kajetan Ziombkowski's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. The audience was convinced that Kajetan Ziombkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lech Bubczyk was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Dęby FC's Boguslaw Zakrzewski got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Boguslaw Zakrzewski off the ground. After 95 played minutes Dęby FC got a freekick which was hit by Boguslaw Zakrzewski. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dęby FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gostynin.
