Roman Filanowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waclaw Latkiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Bernard Klejnowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Waclaw Latkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waclaw Latkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Klejnowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Korneliusz Gaszynski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Artur Penc made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Czeslaw Rakowicz in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artur Penc saved Poraj FC from getting behind. 19 minutes into the game, Rafal Zatorski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GLADIUS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poraj FC the free kick. The supporters of GLADIUS booed when Poraj FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karol Lewandowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th play minute Korneliusz Gaszynski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Artur Penc. 1-0. Artur Penc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Korneliusz Gaszynski went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 32 played minutes GLADIUS got a freekick which was hit by Rafal Zatorski. The audience thought a goal was coming when Korneliusz Gaszynski got free with Artur Penc in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the game, Czeslaw Rakowicz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Artur Penc. Czeslaw Rakowicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Waclaw Latkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Filanowski in the 44th minute of the match. Czeslaw Rakowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Roman Filanowski made the kick off in the second half. When Czeslaw Rakowicz came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the GLADIUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Czeslaw Rakowicz couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, GLADIUS's Bartosz Mochadlo got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernard Klejnowski got free with Waclaw Latkiewicz in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Czeslaw Rakowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Czeslaw Rakowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. GLADIUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Czeslaw Rakowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Penc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in GLADIUS's zone, Bernard Klejnowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waclaw Latkiewicz came out of the goal and Bernard Klejnowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Korneliusz Gaszynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Penc having to interfere. In the 75th minute Czeslaw Rakowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Penc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Korneliusz Gaszynski came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the GLADIUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korneliusz Gaszynski couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Poraj FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Grzegorz Osowski hit a great ball. When Korneliusz Gaszynski came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the GLADIUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korneliusz Gaszynski couldn't finish the play. Artur Penc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Rakowicz in the 81st minute of the match. Czeslaw Rakowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
