Spectators: 7103 (Terracing: 5503, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Smoszew's Feliks Bugajski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Smoszew's Feliks Bugajski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olgierd Tokarczyk. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. After 15 minutes of play, KP Beskid Skoczów's Witomir Kalinowski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wasyl Mikulski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st minute of the match, Mikolaj Adamowicz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Olgierd Tokarczyk was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 23rd minute, Janusz Majtyka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Smoszew's zone, Teofil Golaszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wasyl Mikulski came out of the goal and Teofil Golaszewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Smoszew's Wasyl Mikulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janusz Majtyka in the 27th minute of play. Feliks Bugajski might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olgierd Tokarczyk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feliks Bugajski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th match minute, Smoszew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomasz Zagrobelny to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the game, KP Beskid Skoczów's Janusz Majtyka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wasyl Mikulski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 45 minutes into the match, KP Beskid Skoczów's goalkeeper Olgierd Tokarczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikolaj Adamowicz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witomir Kalinowski in the 71st minute of play forced Smoszew's goalkeeper Wasyl Mikulski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the KP Beskid Skoczów defense, Feliks Bugajski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olgierd Tokarczyk. The KP Beskid Skoczów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olgierd Tokarczyk should have stopped the shot.
