Leon Skoroda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szymon Dytrych having to interfere. Olgierd Wykowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobiasz Gondek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. If Olgierd Wykowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Skoroda in the 14th minute of play forced Nowodworce's goalkeeper Szymon Dytrych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nowodworce's Szymon Dytrych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Skoroda in the 16th minute of play. When Olgierd Wykowski came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Nowodworce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olgierd Wykowski couldn't finish the play. Wincenty Galagan hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Olgierd Wykowski had several of the Legia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Tobiasz Gondek as he didn't even see the shot coming. Olgierd Wykowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szymon Dytrych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartlomiej Ochylski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafal Szpakowski's late challenge caught a Legia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafal Szpakowski helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Nowodworce got a freekick which was hit by Rafal Szpakowski. Tobiasz Dziatkowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szymon Dytrych having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Olgierd Wykowski made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Legia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Cichocki to maneuver through the defense. Szymon Dytrych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobiasz Dziatkowicz in the 55th minute of the match. Leon Skorodas short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Szymon Dytrych to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Nowodworce getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tobiasz Marud hit a great ball. Leon Skoroda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Olgierd Wykowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tobiasz Gondek was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the match, Legia's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Wykowski came free, but Tobiasz Gondek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Tobiasz Dziatkowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szymon Dytrych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute Olgierd Wykowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Gondek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Skoroda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Szymon Dytrych tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Szymon Dytrych showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobiasz Dziatkowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Andrzej Leper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobiasz Gondek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Leper in the 92nd minute of play. Leon Skoroda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Szymon Dytrych made a huge save. Nowodworce's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
