Emil Brzeszczak made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Robert Zjawin sent off a good shot on target. If Stefan Ratulowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roch Olejniczak took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Witomir Wincek. Witomir Wincek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Emil Brzeszczak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Czerny, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 11th match minute, Akademia K&K was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Smuskiewicz to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Emil Brzeszczak managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Janina's Robert Zjawin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 17 minutes into the match, Janina's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Ratulowski came free, but Witomir Wincek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Boruc Czerny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Brzeszczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Zjawin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Robert Zjawin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Janina's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Zjawin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Brzeszczak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 27 minutes into the match, Akademia K&K's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Czerny came free, but Emil Brzeszczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Brzeszczak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boruc Czerny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes Akademia K&K got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Smuskiewicz. When Janina's Boruc Czerny in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Akademia K&K's goalie prevented a goal. Janina's Witomir Wincek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Olejniczak in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boruc Czerny to make the kick off. When Teofil Smuskiewicz fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Akademia K&K's protests and gave Teofil Smuskiewicz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd match minute, Akademia K&K was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Smuskiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Emil Brzeszczak came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Janina's Boruc Czerny. But to his dismay, Boruc Czerny quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Stefan Ratulowski in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Witomir Wincek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Boruc Czerny's late challenge caught a Akademia K&K's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boruc Czerny helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Janina's Boruc Czerny got a free kick in the 58th minute. Stefan Ratulowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witomir Wincek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Witomir Wincek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Ratulowski in the 61st minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Stefan Ratulowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akademia K&K's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Ratulowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boruc Czerny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Brzeszczak having to interfere. After some careless play in the Akademia K&K defense, Boruc Czerny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Brzeszczak. The Akademia K&K fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Brzeszczak should have stopped the shot. After 73 minutes, Boruc Czerny made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Akademia K&K's Emil Brzeszczak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kryspin Wierzchowski's late challenge caught a Akademia K&K's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kryspin Wierzchowski helped the player get up and apologised. Kryspin Wierzchowski kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Stefan Ratulowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Akademia K&K getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Teofil Smuskiewicz hit a great ball.
