The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Espada defense, Mateusz Chrzan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cyprian Filanowski. The Espada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cyprian Filanowski should have stopped the shot. Dariusz Buczko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dobromir Jajko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the game, Dobromir Jajko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dariusz Buczko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wit Kaczynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Buczko having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Mateusz Chrzan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Bartosz Komanski fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Espada's protests and gave Bartosz Komanski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Espada getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Bartosz Komanski hit a great ball. Espada's Cyprian Filanowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Espada from getting a goal against them. Dobromir Jajko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Dariusz Buczko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Wit Kaczynski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dariusz Buczko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute Dobromir Jajko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Buczko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Dobromir Jajko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bartosz Komanski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dobromir Jajko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Buczko having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Iwo Solibieda made the kick off in the second half. When Radomir Dudzik fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ZWM POLSKA's protests and gave Radomir Dudzik a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Espada booed when ZWM POLSKA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Dudzik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dobromir Jajko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dariusz Buczko came out and tried to block the shot, but Dobromir Jajko slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 59th minute. Espada's Cyprian Filanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Chrzan in the 63rd minute of play. Mateusz Chrzan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Cyprian Filanowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Zenon Zima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 78 minutes, Iwo Solibieda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZWM POLSKA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iwo Solibieda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Mateusz Chrzan came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the ZWM POLSKA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateusz Chrzan couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Espada's Bartosz Komanski got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Espada's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Solibieda came free, but Cyprian Filanowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Espada's Bartosz Komanski got his second yellow card of the match in the 81st minute. The referee ordered Bartosz Komanski off the ground. A collision led to Espada getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Bartosz Komanski hit a great ball. ZWM POLSKA's Dariusz Buczko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenon Zima in the 88th minute of play. Zenon Zima hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Iwo Solibieda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Filanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ZWM POLSKA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Espada's performance. The match ended with a win for Espada.
