Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5250, Seating: 1610, VIP seats: 140) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antoni Dabrowski got the match started through his kick off. When Wit Wielkopolski came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the KPL Warszawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wit Wielkopolski couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Pogoń Gęsice's zone, Wit Wielkopolski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wincent Leper came out of the goal and Wit Wielkopolski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of KPL Warszawa booed when Pogoń Gęsice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Kocieniewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 12 in the game by Maciej Skorny from a close distance when the talented Wincent Leper managed to make a qualified save. Pogoń Gęsice's players were relieved. 14 minutes into the match, Pogoń Gęsice's goalkeeper Wincent Leper had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antoni Hatman. In the 19th minute Antoni Dabrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Czeslaw Felenak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes, Rafal Nocny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pogoń Gęsice and the KPL Warszawa players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pogoń Gęsice getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Rafal Nocny hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, KPL Warszawa's Miroslaw Oleszak broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 29 minutes into the game, Wit Wielkopolski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Wincent Leper was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to KPL Warszawa getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Wit Wielkopolski hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the game, Pogoń Gęsice's Wieslaw Dawiec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Czeslaw Felenak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 47 minutes into the match, KPL Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Wieslaw Dawiec came free, but Czeslaw Felenak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wit Wielkopolski made a kick off. KPL Warszawa's Czeslaw Felenak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save KPL Warszawa from getting a goal against them. Antoni Trela hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. If Wit Wielkopolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wit Wielkopolski struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Wincent Leper didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KPL Warszawa. Wincent Leper stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wit Wielkopolski's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Wieslaw Dawiec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th play minute Wieslaw Dawiec came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Czeslaw Felenak. 1-2. In the 88thth minute of the game Antoni Dabrowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KPL Warszawa's Czeslaw Felenak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antoni Dabrowski during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pogoń Gęsice's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
