With an all-out effort, Magiczni Ankh-Morpork's Iwan Mlekodaj threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cezary Lewkowicz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Iwan Mlekodaj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miromir Bakes in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, FC Lambada's goalkeeper Iwan Mlekodaj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miromir Bakes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Pietras in the 14th minute of play forced FC Lambada's goalkeeper Iwan Mlekodaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Magiczni Ankh-Morpork's Herbert Pietras dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Andrzej Erland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslaw Noworolnik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radoslaw Noworolnik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antoni Magdziarz kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Kryspin Kaczanka kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Miromir Bakes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Iwan Mlekodaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Lambada's Iwan Mlekodaj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save FC Lambada from getting a goal against them. After having played for 41 minutes, Wlodzimierz Dembowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Lambada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wlodzimierz Dembowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 42 minutes of play, FC Lambada's Wlodzimierz Dembowski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrzej Erland was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, FC Lambada's Bogdan Chludzinski got a free kick in the 46th minute. The long shot by Antoni Magdziarz in the 47th minute really tested Iwan Mlekodaj's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Herbert Pietras made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Magiczni Ankh-Morpork's Herbert Pietras nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iwan Mlekodaj made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. If Tytus Grocholski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radoslaw Noworolnik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Cezary Lewkowicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magiczni Ankh-Morpork's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Lambada the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Grocholski in the 62nd minute of play forced Magiczni Ankh-Morpork's goalkeeper Andrzej Erland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Cezary Lewkowicz notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC Lambada's Iwan Mlekodaj. Iwan Mlekodaj was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Wlodzimierz Dembowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, FC Lambada's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Lewkowicz came free, but Iwan Mlekodaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Radoslaw Noworolnik managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Lambada's supporters rose to their feet, but Radoslaw Noworolnik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrzej Erland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Cezary Lewkowicz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. Cezary Lewkowicz hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 76th match minute, Magiczni Ankh-Morpork was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mieszko Matuch to maneuver through the defense. When Radoslaw Noworolnik came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the FC Lambada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radoslaw Noworolnik couldn't finish the play. Radoslaw Noworolnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrzej Erland having to interfere. Rafal Winograd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leon Bochinski during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
