After a defensive mix-up in CWKS Legia Warszawa's zone, Remigiusz Tomaszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miroslaw Fudalej came out of the goal and Remigiusz Tomaszewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CWKS Legia Warszawa's Lech Majczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Elana Toruń's goalkeeper Leszek Burowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofil Grabski. Thanks to some nice moves Teofil Grabski could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Leszek Burowski however easily saved by the left post. Teofil Grabski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Leszek Burowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Remigiusz Tomaszewski made a precise shot to the right of Miroslaw Fudalej. CWKS Legia Warszawa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Miroslaw Fudalej made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Zerde in the 30th minute of play. Teofil Grabskis short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Leszek Burowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teofil Grabski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leszek Burowski having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Leszek Burowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 41st minute Remigiusz Zerde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslaw Fudalej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Elana Toruń's Remigiusz Zerde made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miroslaw Fudalej was left in no man's land by his defense there! 46 minutes into the match, Elana Toruń's Remigiusz Tomaszewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miroslaw Fudalej narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remigiusz Zerde was the one to do the kick off. The referee ignored Elana Toruń's protests and gave Ludomil Noworolnik a yellow card for diving instead.
