The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Leonard Piczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geniusze SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Wit Liberko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ksawery Zagrodny breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 minutes of play, Geniusze SSA's Wit Liberko made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ksawery Zagrodny was left in no man's land by his defense there! Geniusze SSA's Klement Skoroda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Jaruzelski in the 20th minute of play. Bernard Nocny charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernard Nocny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Wit Liberko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Geniusze SSA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Blok Ekipa's performance. The match ended with a win for Blok Ekipa.
