Górnik Łęczna's Borys Zdeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Jaruzelski in the 13th minute of play. Radomil Chludzinski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ksawery Zagrodny having to make a save. If Radomil Chludzinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Borys Zdeb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariusz Jaruzelski in the 22nd minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Blok Ekipa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Czeslaw Jestrimski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ksawery Zagrodny having to interfere. When Alfred Kisielka came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Blok Ekipa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred Kisielka couldn't finish the play. If Alfred Kisielka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariusz Jaruzelski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borys Zdeb having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Czeslaw Jestrimski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Borys Zdeb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Jaruzelski in the 54th minute of play. Borys Zdeb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Kisielka in the 56th minute. With his leg Borys Zdeb managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Blok Ekipa's Alfred Kisielka fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Górnik Łęczna getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Czeslaw Jestrimski hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Górnik Łęczna's goal looked a bit too open when Mariusz Jaruzelski came free, but Borys Zdeb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes, Wincent Kiszkiel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Górnik Łęczna and the Blok Ekipa players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariusz Jaruzelski in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Zdeb saved Górnik Łęczna from getting behind. Mariusz Jaruzelski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Borys Zdeb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Wladyslaw Dziechciowski fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blok Ekipa's protests and gave Wladyslaw Dziechciowski a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Blok Ekipa's Wladyslaw Dziechciowski got a free kick in the 90th minute. When Leon Hajduk came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Górnik Łęczna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Hajduk couldn't finish the play. Górnik Łęczna's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
