Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sylwester Wnukowski started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Artur Mielak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zóraw's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artur Mielak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Artur Mielak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Wisła Włocławek's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Falke came free, but Alfred Burowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Edward Falke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Burowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boruc Bejgier made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Zachariasz Domaracki sent off a good shot on target. Sylwester Wnukowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artur Mielak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Alfred Burowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22ndth minute of the game Sylwester Wnukowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zóraw's Boruc Bejgier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Wisła Włocławek's Walery Dudkowski got a free kick in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edward Falke in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfred Burowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Wnukowski in the 29th minute of play forced Zóraw's goalkeeper Boruc Bejgier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Zachariasz Domaracki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wisła Włocławek's Alfred Burowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Falke in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Witalis Marut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Falke in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfred Burowski saved Wisła Włocławek from getting behind. Alfred Burowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Falke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leszek Wozniak in the 45th minute of play forced Wisła Włocławek's goalkeeper Alfred Burowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Alfred Burowski made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Edward Falke sent off a good shot on target. Sylwester Wnukowski struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Boruc Bejgier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wisła Włocławek. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Sylwester Wnukowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wisła Włocławek's supporters rose to their feet, but Sylwester Wnukowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boruc Bejgier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Zóraw defense, Sylwester Wnukowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Boruc Bejgier. The Zóraw fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boruc Bejgier should have stopped the shot. Edward Falke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alfred Burowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Witalis Marut's late challenge caught a Zóraw's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Witalis Marut helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wisła Włocławek's Witalis Marut got a free kick in the 66th minute. Zachariasz Domaracki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Bejgier having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Wnukowski in the 77th minute of play forced Zóraw's goalkeeper Boruc Bejgier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Wisła Włocławek's zone, Artur Mielak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfred Burowski came out of the goal and Artur Mielak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edward Falke's late challenge caught a Wisła Włocławek's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zóraw's Artur Mielak got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edward Falke struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Alfred Burowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zóraw. Wisła Włocławek's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
