In the 36th minute, Donato de Alcântara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remigiusz Kocieniewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Fabian Japola fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ZKS Stal Sanok's protests and gave Fabian Japola a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Schiast SA booed when ZKS Stal Sanok was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Japola didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Donato de Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the ZKS Stal Sanok fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato de Alcântara couldn't finish the play. Remigiusz Kocieniewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franciszek Mierzwa in the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Julian Siwy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute Teofil Rasimowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Rozanski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato de Alcântara in the 96th minute of play forced Schiast SA's goalkeeper Remigiusz Kocieniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Schiast SA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
