Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dariusz Mentus took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Rettkau defense, Eugeniusz Nowakowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pankracy Okopny. The Rettkau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pankracy Okopny should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gronajny's goalkeeper Roman Walczak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 minutes into the game, Eugeniusz Tobaczewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Roman Walczak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 15 minutes into the match, Rettkau's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Mentus came free, but Pankracy Okopny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dariusz Mentus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Okopny having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Nowakowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pankracy Okopny. Rettkau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugeniusz Nowakowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Leszek Wlodyga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugeniusz Tobaczewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Walczak having to interfere. After 31 played minutes Rettkau got a freekick which was hit by Wlodzimierz Wielopolski. After 32 played minutes, Gronajny's Milosz Turek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pankracy Okopny came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gronajny reached it. Eugeniusz Nowakowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Okopny having to interfere. Gronajny were furious when Julian Bojanowski was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gronajny! When the match had been going on for 46 minutes, Rettkau's Roland Piglowski got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Roman Walczak.

The wind increased when Leszek Wlodyga made the kick off in the second half. Eugeniusz Nowakowski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Pankracy Okopny skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pankracy Okopny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Frankowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Gronajny defense, Eugeniusz Tobaczewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roman Walczak. The Gronajny fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roman Walczak should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute, Eugeniusz Nowakowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gronajny's Roman Walczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leszek Wlodyga in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Rettkau booed when Gronajny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dariusz Frankowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Gierlach hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Pankracy Okopny made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugeniusz Nowakowski in the 72nd minute. Eugeniusz Nowakowski struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Pankracy Okopny didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gronajny. In the 74th match minute, Rettkau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zygmunt Jaroch to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rettkau getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Radomil Waldoch hit a great ball. Eugeniusz Nowakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pankracy Okopny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Frankowski in the 91st minute of play. A hard shot 93 in the game by Eugeniusz Nowakowski from a close distance when the talented Pankracy Okopny managed to make a qualified save. Rettkau's players were relieved.
