Tolek Ruszczyk charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tolek Ruszczyk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Charlotten's Zachary Pawlik got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wlodzimierz Mleczewski got free with Gwidon Gargasz in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Smokers FC booed when Charlotten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Biegun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Wasyl Klewinski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gwidon Gargasz. Wasyl Klewinski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The attack was good, but when Zachary Pawlik in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 25th minute of the match Franciszek Deput shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Latkiewicz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 27th minute Zachary Pawlik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Latkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wlodzimierz Mleczewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gwidon Gargasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zachary Pawlik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Latkiewicz having to interfere. In the 41st minute Wasyl Klewinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwidon Gargasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wasyl Klewinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Gargasz having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Zachary Pawlik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charlotten's supporters rose to their feet, but Zachary Pawlik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Latkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wasyl Klewinski to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Wasyl Klewinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Smokers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wasyl Klewinski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute, Wasyl Klewinski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, Wlodzimierz Mleczewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Zachary Pawlik came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Charlotten fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zachary Pawlik couldn't finish the play. Charlotten's Gwidon Gargasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wlodzimierz Mleczewski in the 65th minute of play. Wlodzimierz Mleczewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gwidon Gargasz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Wlodzimierz Mleczewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gwidon Gargasz. Charlotten's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wlodzimierz Mleczewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Wlodzimierz Mleczewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gwidon Gargasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gwidon Gargasz came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Smokers FC's Wasyl Klewinski. But to his dismay, Wasyl Klewinski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Smokers FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Charlotten for a fine match.
