Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Remigiusz Podolski made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Garvolin SSA's Florian Jarocewicz got a free kick in the 5th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olgierd Tobaczewski in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Szczepan Bienienda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Szczepan Bienienda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigiusz Podolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Remigiusz Podolski came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Garvolin SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigiusz Podolski couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute Aleksander Cymbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Lewandowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Garvolin SSA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jurand Osikowicz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 17 minutes into the game, Fryderyk Pionek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Turzerogi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Garvolin SSA the free kick. Fryderyk Pionek hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Turzerogi's zone, Remigiusz Podolski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Szczepan Bienienda came out of the goal and Remigiusz Podolski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olgierd Tobaczewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Szczepan Bienienda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Olgierd Tobaczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukasz Penkalski charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lukasz Penkalski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aleksander Cymbal was the one to do the kick off. Zygmunt Lewandowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Cymbal in the 51st minute of play. After 55 played minutes Garvolin SSA got a freekick which was hit by Florian Jarocewicz. Aleksander Cymbal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58thth minute of the game Remigiusz Podolski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Turzerogi's Szczepan Bienienda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Remigiusz Podolski came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Garvolin SSA fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksander Cymbal in the 65th minute of play forced Garvolin SSA's goalkeeper Zygmunt Lewandowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fryderyk Pionek hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Turzerogi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olgierd Tobaczewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Turzerogi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jurand Osikowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
