Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Walery Gdaniec started the match with the kick off. Edward Zecman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korneliusz Praski having to interfere. In the 8th minute Walery Gdaniec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Praski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Teofil Maciejewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pittsburgh Tychy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skrzeszew the free kick. In the 8th minute, Teofil Maciejewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Skrzeszew's Michal Flis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The supporters of Pittsburgh Tychy FC booed when Skrzeszew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Paprotny didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ryszard Kapinos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olgierd Dawiec in the 19th minute of the match. Cezary Trojanowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ryszard Kapinos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Skrzeszew getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Witomir Matuch hit a great ball. Teofil Maciejewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olgierd Dawiec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ryszard Kapinos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacy Witkowski's late challenge caught a Skrzeszew's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignacy Witkowski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pittsburgh Tychy FC's Ignacy Witkowski got a free kick in the 30th minute. Marek Paprotny received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Korneliusz Praski came out and tried to block the shot, but Marek Paprotny slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 33rd minute. After some careless play in the Skrzeszew defense, Karol Cetnar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ryszard Kapinos. The Skrzeszew fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ryszard Kapinos should have stopped the shot. 45 minutes into the game, Cezary Trojanowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ryszard Kapinos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olgierd Dawiec was the one to do the kick off. If Michal Flis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Marek Paprotny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Korneliusz Praski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Zecman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cezary Trojanowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olgierd Dawiec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Ryszard Kapinos made a huge save. Teofil Maciejewski kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Korneliusz Praski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Zecman in the 70th minute of play. Teofil Maciejewski hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Wit Soszka made a precise shot to the right of Korneliusz Praski. Pittsburgh Tychy FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Korneliusz Praski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Paprotny, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Ryszard Kapinos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olgierd Dawiec in the 88th minute. When Michal Flis fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skrzeszew's protests and gave Michal Flis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Michal Flis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ignacy Witkowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ryszard Kapinos having to make a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Skrzeszew fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pittsburgh Tychy FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
