In the 3rd minute of the match Jedrzej Cichowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerzy Iwanowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. AC Czeszów's Jerzy Iwanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Wyrostek in the 7th minute of play. Adam Parzysz scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerzy Iwanowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jerzy Iwanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariusz Wyrostek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mariusz Wyrostek came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Jastrząb Jastrzębia Góra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariusz Wyrostek couldn't finish the play. Jurand Chojnacki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Eugeniusz Prus made a huge save. 24 minutes into the game, Tobiasz Gondela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jastrząb Jastrzębia Góra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Czeszów the free kick. A collision led to Jastrząb Jastrzębia Góra getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Tobiasz Gondela hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariusz Wyrostek in the 27th minute of play forced AC Czeszów's goalkeeper Jerzy Iwanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerzy Iwanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Parzysz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to AC Czeszów getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gustaw Sitko hit a great ball. Jerzy Iwanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Parzysz, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Czeszów's goalkeeper Jerzy Iwanowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adam Parzysz made a kick off. Jurand Chojnacki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugeniusz Prus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wlodzimierz Kasprzak in the 59th minute of the match. Jurand Chojnacki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Eugeniusz Prus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Jastrząb Jastrzębia Góra getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Jurand Dudzik hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Jurand Chojnacki managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Czeszów's supporters rose to their feet, but Jurand Chojnacki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugeniusz Prus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jurand Chojnacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jurand Chojnacki succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Jastrząb Jastrzębia Góra's Adam Parzysz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerzy Iwanowski. That made the score 1-2 after 90 minutes of play. Eugeniusz Prus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wlodzimierz Kasprzak went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
