Cyprian Lichucki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbigniew Dejo having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Jakub Dembowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zbigniew Dejo. FC Gdańsk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jakub Dembowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 22nd minute Iwo Zbydniewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbigniew Dejo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Gdańsk's Damazy Bryk got a free kick in the 23rd minute. QW Gruchy's Radoslaw Karwowski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Gdańsk. Zbigniew Dejo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprian Lichucki in the 26th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes FC Gdańsk got a freekick which was hit by Damazy Bryk. When QW Gruchy's Iwo Zbydniewski in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Gdańsk's goalie prevented a goal. In the 36th minute, Radoslaw Karwowski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Gdańsk's Zbigniew Dejo didn't even have to move. After 37 played minutes FC Gdańsk got a freekick which was hit by Kacper Dzierwa. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Iwo Zbydniewski put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Zbigniew Dejo. Jakub Dembowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Zbydniewski in the 45th minute of play forced FC Gdańsk's goalkeeper Zbigniew Dejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbigniew Dejo came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by QW Gruchy's Jakub Dembowski. But to his dismay, Jakub Dembowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

The wind increased when Iwo Zbydniewski made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes QW Gruchy got a freekick which was hit by Cyprian Lichucki. In the 54th minute of the match Daniel Mondrowski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hieronim Bugajski skillfully saved the ball. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for QW Gruchy! Tolek Modliszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hieronim Bugajski having to interfere. When Jakub Dembowski came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the QW Gruchy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakub Dembowski couldn't finish the play. The supporters of QW Gruchy booed when FC Gdańsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kacper Dzierwa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jakub Dembowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbigniew Dejo having to interfere. When Juliusz Drozdowski came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the FC Gdańsk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juliusz Drozdowski couldn't finish the play. Iwo Zbydniewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbigniew Dejo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Damazy Bryk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Iwo Zbydniewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, FC Gdańsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damazy Bryk to maneuver through the defense. Iwo Zbydniewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iwo Zbydniewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Zbigniew Dejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbigniew Dejo was a little too slow when Iwo Zbydniewski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-4. Hieronim Bugajski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolek Modliszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. A collision led to QW Gruchy getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Antoni Kolba hit a great ball. Iwo Zbydniewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbigniew Dejo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. A collision led to QW Gruchy getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Radoslaw Karwowski hit a great ball. QW Gruchy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
