Olgierd Komanski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zula Poremba in the 7th minute of play. Wawrzyniec Kiepski scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olgierd Komanski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Wawrzyniec Kiepski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wincenty Tylinski charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wincenty Tylinski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Zagłębie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Tylinski to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes Lipnovia Lipno got a freekick which was hit by Roch Ludwa. Wincenty Tylinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Olgierd Komanski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Zagłębie fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Zagłębie's Wawrzyniec Kiepski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zagłębie's Lukasz Fafinski got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lipnovia Lipno's goalkeeper Olgierd Komanski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zagłębie's Lukasz Skrzypek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Zagłębie from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Lipnovia Lipno's zone, Iwo Banas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olgierd Komanski came out of the goal and Iwo Banas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olgierd Komanski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wincenty Tylinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Gwidon Gmoch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Olgierd Komanski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Lukasz Skrzypek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wieslaw Dembowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Zagłębie got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Gmoch. Wieslaw Dembowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Lukasz Skrzypek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wawrzyniec Kiepski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Wawrzyniec Kiepski put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Olgierd Komanski. In the 75th minute, Wawrzyniec Kiepski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Olgierd Komanski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Gmoch in the 77th minute of play. Lukasz Skrzypek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Nowakowski in the 79th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Zula Poremba dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Olgierd Komanski, 0-7. After a defensive mix-up in Lipnovia Lipno's zone, Lukasz Fafinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olgierd Komanski came out of the goal and Lukasz Fafinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olgierd Komanski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wawrzyniec Kiepski in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, Lipnovia Lipno's Roch Ludwa got a free kick in the 87th minute. Wincenty Tylinski might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olgierd Komanski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wincenty Tylinski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 94th minute of the match Zagłębie got a corner. Lipnovia Lipno's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gwidon Gmoch ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Zagłębie's Feliks Golob to fire away a dangerous shot which Olgierd Komanski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Zula Poremba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Olgierd Komanski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zagłębie played a much better game than Lipnovia Lipno and deserved their victory. The Lipnovia Lipno players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
