Filip Waldoch hit a great ball. When Izydor Zembrzuski came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Team Ostrovia Ostrów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Izydor Zembrzuski couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Leonard Rzeszutko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Legia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Team Ostrovia Ostrów's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Czeberowski came free, but Piotr Maurycy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 28 minutes, Radowit Resel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team Ostrovia Ostrów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radowit Resel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wasyl Brytka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Team Ostrovia Ostrów:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Legia:s goal. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Legia. Edgar Dziatkowski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Piotr Maurycy. 2-1. When Team Ostrovia Ostrów's Izydor Zembrzuski in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Legia booed when Team Ostrovia Ostrów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Brzakala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Legia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wasyl Brytka made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Radowit Resel sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Team Ostrovia Ostrów's Wasyl Brytka threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Izydor Zembrzuski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Izydor Zembrzuski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Wasyl Brytka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Piotr Maurycy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartosz Czeberowski in the 94th minute of the match. Legia's Bartosz Czeberowski got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
