CWKS Legia Warszawa's Boruc Wierzcholek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Rydz in the 8th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Waldemar Rydz in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boruc Wierzcholek saved CWKS Legia Warszawa from getting behind. Waldemar Rydz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boruc Wierzcholek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Piekarczyk in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Waldemar Rydz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Waldemar Rydz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Zallenfelde booed when CWKS Legia Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boruc Jankowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Rzeszutko in the 30th minute of play forced Zallenfelde's goalkeeper Maksymilian Chazen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Dobromir Cebula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CWKS Legia Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Boruc Wierzcholek came out of the goal and Waldemar Rydz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
