Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5462, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zbyszek Niemojewski took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 7 played minutes Popowo got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Gardocki. Zbigniew Figlewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszek Niemojewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norbert Siekierski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartosz Gecionis in the 19th minute of the match. Bartosz Gecionis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Siekierski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrzej Gardocki in the 30th minute of play forced TYSKI AJAX's goalkeeper Norbert Siekierski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, TYSKI AJAX's Zenon Szarmach got a free kick in the 31st minute. When Zbyszek Niemojewski came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the TYSKI AJAX fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zbyszek Niemojewski couldn't finish the play. Norbert Siekierski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartosz Gecionis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrzej Gardocki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Norbert Siekierski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerzy Zieba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Popowo's Zbigniew Figlewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Popowo from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Bartosz Gecionis made the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Jerzy Zieba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Popowo's Zbigniew Figlewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zbigniew Figlewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Zieba, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 61 played minutes TYSKI AJAX got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Szarmach. If Bartosz Gecionis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrzej Gardocki's late challenge caught a TYSKI AJAX's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrzej Gardocki helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Andrzej Gardocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norbert Siekierski had great luck who in the 70thth minute grab hold of the ball when Bartosz Gecionis from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The audience was convinced that Bartosz Gecionis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Norbert Siekierski was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 74th minute Bartosz Gecionis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Siekierski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, TYSKI AJAX's Jerzy Zieba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zbigniew Figlewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Tymoteusz Mis missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 90 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Zbigniew Figlewski right hand side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The TYSKI AJAX fans cheered their team off the field, for while Popowo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
