Teofil Siembab started the match with the kick off. Teofil Siembab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Aureliusz Cieliczka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brodzki SSA's Aureliusz Cieliczka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomil Chodzinski in the 9th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Ludomil Chodzinski put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Aureliusz Cieliczka. When Iwo Trela fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grabiszew's protests and gave Iwo Trela a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Brodzki SSA booed when Grabiszew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwo Trela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jurand Zagrodny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliusz Cieliczka having to interfere. Teofil Siembab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Aureliusz Cieliczka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateusz Scislowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boleslaw Nigbor having to interfere. In the 29th minute Ludomil Chodzinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliusz Cieliczka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliusz Cieliczka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Siembab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Ludomil Chodzinski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Aureliusz Cieliczka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Grabiszew fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Grabiszew's Teofil Siembab looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aureliusz Cieliczka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomil Chodzinski in the 44th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Brodzki SSA's zone, Ludomil Chodzinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliusz Cieliczka came out of the goal and Ludomil Chodzinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teofil Siembab's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aureliusz Cieliczka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The Brodzki SSA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grabiszew were winning 0-3.

Janusz Mentus struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Aureliusz Cieliczka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grabiszew. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ludomil Chodzinski got free with Aureliusz Cieliczka in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ludomil Chodzinski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Aureliusz Cieliczka skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Brodzki SSA's zone, Teofil Siembab stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliusz Cieliczka came out of the goal and Teofil Siembab tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teofil Siembab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Teofil Siembab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Ludomil Chodzinski notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Brodzki SSA's Aureliusz Cieliczka. Aureliusz Cieliczka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jurand Zagrodny during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 76 played minutes Grabiszew got a freekick which was hit by Jurand Zagrodny. In the 78th minute Teofil Siembab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliusz Cieliczka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliusz Cieliczka made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Ludomil Chodzinski sent off a good shot on target. If Ludomil Chodzinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
