In the 16th minute, Milosz Jandryca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zdzislaw Wawro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Treppa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC Barcelona's zone, Milosz Jandryca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdzislaw Wawro came out of the goal and Milosz Jandryca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the game, Pawel Kaczorowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Barcelona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dzierawy SSA the free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milosz Jandryca couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zygmunt Treppa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Milosz Jandryca took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zdzislaw Wawro. Zdzislaw Wawro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dzierawy SSA had played much better football throughout.
