But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaroslaw Murdza couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Brda Bydgoszcz lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
